Let customers control their deliveries

Give them more delivery choices
Your customers can now choose to collect parcels from more than 5,000 locations across the country through our Collect & Return network. This includes 24/7 Parcel Lockers, participating Post Offices2 and a growing network of retail partners in locations such as supermarkets and pharmacies. Simply integrate our collections widget into your checkout and allow your customers to select the location most convenient to them.
To make sure they stay updated on their parcel’s progress, let them opt in for SMS and email tracking notifications along the way.
And if home is still the best option for delivery, they can choose to have it left in a safe place or sent to a different address1 if they won’t be in.

Add options to your online checkout
Great delivery experiences start at your online store. By integrating our APIs into your checkout, you can include accurate postage costs and offer our range of delivery choices.
Your customers can even schedule delivery for a specific date, day of the week and/or time window.
It’s no wonder that 79 percent of online retailers say offering more delivery choices on their online store has increased sales.3

Simplify customer returns
A hassle-free returns experience can help to reduce the perceived risk of buying online.
Using our streamlined solutions, you can offer convenient options to your customers – from return codes and labels to returnable packaging.
You can even empower your customer service team to lodge returns via our online portal, ready for pickup.
